This study focuses on the Stemonuraceae found in Reserva Ducke, northern Brazil. It is based on morphological analysis of herbaria collections and literature compilation. Only on species was recorded: Discophora guianensis. This study provides morphological descriptions, illustrations, habitat information, phenology, and species distribution of the treated species.
