The present study aims to contribute to the knowledge about the Sabiaceae species in the Reserva Ducke Manaus - Amazonas. It is based on morphological analysis of herbarium specimens and literature data. Two species were recorded: Meliosma palustre e Ophiocaryon manausense. An identification key, descriptions, illustrations, habitat information, phenology, and species distribution are provided.
